With tight tree lined fairways and water in play on no less than 10 of the 18 holes, our high quality course presents a real test for both beginners and experienced golfers alike.
Voted one of the UK’s best value municipal courses by the BBC Golf Magazine, Stony Holme continues to provide a stern but fair test to the many golfers who play the course.
Golf is included as part of our LifeStyle Leisure Membership which gives you unlimited access to the course and also the activities at all Carlisle Leisure Limited facilities. Alternatively a Season Ticket is also available just for the course or you can simply ‘pay as you play’, the choice is yours.
In conjunction with Stony Holme Golf Club, Open Competitions are held every year. The categories are Gents, Ladies, Juniors, Mixed and Seniors. Details of these competitions are available from the course and will also be posted on the home page of this website.
