The superb LifeStyle Centre was refurbished in April 2005 and now has all the latest in resistance and cardio equipment.
A cardio theatre has been installed which now means that you can tune in to the latest sounds or TV while you work out.
Full air conditioning means that you can work out in comfort in the pleasant surroundings of the LifeStyle Centre.
Access to the gym is available on a ‘pay as you play’ basis or the fantastic LifeStyle Leisure Membership will give you unlimited access to not only the gym but all the facilities at Keswick Leisure Pool and every Carlisle Leisure Limited managed facility.
