Whatever your fitness needs there is something for everyone at Cockermouth Leisure Centre.
Our newly refurbished LifeStyle Centre is a fully equipped gym with a wide range of cardiovascular and resistance equipment. A truly great place to work out either on your own or with the guidance of one of our fully trained instructors.
We offer a fantastic Exercise to Music programme which includes Circuits, Aerobics, Body Conditioning and for a gentle exercise class come and join in our Aqua Fit class in the pool.
The LifeStyle Centre is open Monday to Friday 8am to 9.30pm and 9am to 5pm Saturday & Sunday. You can pay as you go, or why not take out one of our fantastic LifeStyle Leisure Memberships. Details can be found on the home page.
Our fabulous Weight Management programme is the ideal way to help you tone up and lose weight at the same time. Based upon the GI Index which promotes sensible eating and regular works outs you will see the difference in no time at all. Courses can be booked at Reception or speak to one of our instructors for more information.
