There are many opportunities for Sport & Recreation at the centre for Adults and Juniors alike.
During the term time activities for children include Soccer and Gymnastics, with instruction and supervision from our fully qualified coaches.
For adults there are badminton courts, squash courts, and netball and 5 a side leagues operate from the centre. The sports hall can also be hired by the hour, please call us for further details.
During the school holidays there is a huge programme of activities designed to keep the children entertained! Camp Energy is our extremely popular supervised camp, which provides activities from 9am to 4pm Monday to Friday. You can book for the whole week or days here and there. You can be assured that your child will be well cared for under our supervision.
