Whatever your fitness needs there is something for everyone at Workington Leisure Centre.
Our LifeStyle Centre is a fully equipped gym with a wide range of cardiovascular and resistance equipment. A truly great place to work out either on your own or with the guidance of one of our fully trained instructors.
We offer a fantastic Exercise to Music programme, which includes classes such as Circuits, Spinning, Body Combat and even Salsa! For a gentle exercise class come and join in our Aqua Fit class in the pool.
The LifeStyle Centre is open Monday to Friday 8am to 9.30pm and 9am to 5pm Saturday & Sunday. You can pay as you go, or why not take out one of our fantastic LifeStyle Leisure Memberships. Details can be found on the home page.
