The Pools, Carlisle
The Pools Swimming and Health Centre is situated only 5 minutes from the centre of Carlisle. It comprises three swimming pools, 33m, 20m, and 10m, and an architecturally superb Victorian Turkish Baths, Gym, Sunbed Suite and Fitness Studio.
A huge range of water based activities are available including sessions for casual swimming, lane swimming, ladies only, forty plus, children’s fun, water aerobics and special activities for disabled customers.
We also have extensive programmes of tuition and lessons and if your child has a birthday coming up why not ask about our children’s party programme. A number of popular exercise to music sessions take place every week and the gym is also available daily. You can relax in the Victorian Turkish Baths or even enjoy a sunbed. It’s up to you!
